Meet Our Founder

 Welcome to Grief Recovery Services (GRS), where our mission is to guide and empower individuals on their healing journey. My name is Tyree Bostick. Founder of GRS and I’m excited to share my story with you—a journey shaped by resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to helping others. 

At the age of 19, I faced profound loss that tested my strength and resolve. My mother passed away to liver cancer and 6 months later my Grandad to a heart attack. These were two very pivotal people in my life. Rather than allowing these challenges to define me, I chose to confront them head-on. This pivotal experience ignited a fire within me to not only overcome my own obstacles but also to support others in their healing processes. 

With a college degree in hand (I’m not a licensed Therpaist or Counselor, I’m a grief coach.)I transitioned from my academic pursuits to the world of professional football. My time as a professional athlete taught me invaluable lessons about discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Today, as a dedicated football coach, I strive to inspire the next generation, instilling in them the same values that helped me navigate my own journey. 

Throughout my experiences, I have learned that healing is not a solitary path—it thrives in community and support. Engaged and focused on building a life rooted in purpose, I am passionate about sharing the tools and strategies that have helped me heal and grow.
